Where is the sky tower (What town)?

What are the best pokemon and where do you get them?

Sky pillar is north east of pacifdlog.

Keep surfing right of pacifidlog until you pass the trainers facing opposite ways.

Then surf right a little more until you see an opening in the rocks north of you.

Go through the gap, go left and make your way through the rocks and surf up.

Go through the tunnel and you are now at sky pillar.
