How do you get a other Masterball ?

How do you get a Jirachi or a Deoxys ?

All I know about the Eon Ticket is that you need to get an Eon card which you find in a nintendo magazine.

To get another masterball you have to win first prize in the lottery corner in Lillicove Dept Store.
(P.S. don't bother saving the game outside the shop, go in, find that you don't get a prize, restart the game and go in again. I've tried it and it doesn't work)

You can get a Deoxys on the 100th rocket launch. The man will offer to take you to space with him.

I heard you can get a Master Ball in 3 places!!

In team Aquas hideout, the Lottery, and Team magmus hideout.

I dont know how to get Jirachi or Dexeos, the best I know is download it off Pokemon Coloseum bonus disk.
