u have 2 beat team aqua, met them in staleport city stealing a submarine, have the 7th badge and have dive. go 2 route126 and dive in the dark water parts. go in the cave opening and use dive again. the cave of origin is on the northen most point of sootoplis city.
P.S. HM04(stength) is in rusturf cave u get it when u smash rocks with rock smash that a dude is trying 2 smash. the due will thank u and give u HM04
