Realease kyroge then go back to sootoopolis city.

Go on the right side and follow the path to the cave of origin, you should see Wallace and Steven.

Once you have realeased Kyroge and it starts raining, go to Sootopolis City.

Go on the right side. Keep following the path behind the market.

You should see Steven and Wallace.
