What is the easyist way to get feebas and nosepass and what happens when you beat the battle tower 35 times in a row and how do you get a national pokedex and if someone can tell me all the secrets to sapphire, emerald, and sapphire

Feebas - Found in Route 119. However, Feebas is ultra rare and will only be found if you're surfing the right area. However, it all depends on whatever the Trendy Phrase in Dewford Town is at the moment. Sorry I couldn't be more help with this one, but it's very difficult to explain.

Nosepass - Found in Granite Cave. On the second basement level, use Rock Smash on the rocks inside. You'll have a good chance of encountering him.

Battle Tower - As far as I know, nothing happens if you beat it 35 times in a row. Chances are you picked up on a bogus cheat somewhere regarding this.

National PokeDex - Fully register (meaning they'll appear as caught) all 202 Pokemon in the Hoenn Dex and then speak to Professor Birch. He'll give you the National PokeDex along with the choice of one of the Johto starters (Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile).

All the secrets - Just check out our Walkthroughs. We have some good ones on this site. It's a bit too ambitious of you to expect anyone to just tell you them all in an Answer.
