6 - You can't obviously
7 - By trading with other people or use a Gameshark

9 - Obviously but they're all hidden in bunches of places so use Google for more locations

1.relicanth in coral using dive,wailord fishing off of floating on water city place
2.yah by doing the loto tickets but it takes forever

6. I don't beleave the moon is accesible in saphire,only emerald

9.everywhere or just have a Pokemon with the pickup ability in your party that is over level 50

1.Find whailmer first by getting the super rod and fishing.
2.yes!! You can get 1 from team aqua's hideout. And the other one is through prof.birch.
3.First the cave or regice.. Near the dewford. Cave or regirock. South of the desert. And registeel can be found at the forest near fortree city.
4.rayquaza is in sky pillar and groudon can be traded from ruby Mew and mewtwo can also be traded from fire red or leaf green.
5.First you have to know the basic evolution of steven's Pokemon then try to google it for more info. & some Pokemon of steven are fossils.
6. Thru space center.
7. U can't get other starter pokemons except through trading.
8. In firered version
9. Yes, one in the lab near the fortree city and one at aqua base.
