I fount every cave I just can't open it thanks

Regirock: Read the Braille; then move 2 steps left, 2 steps down, and use Rock Smash.

Regice: Read the Braille; then do a clockwise lap around the cave interior, always running right next to the walls.

Registeel: Read the Braille; then stand in the center of the cave and use Flash.

If executed properly, you should be able to open the doors to the real cave.
