Is there a way I can get my Pokemon from silver onto my sapphire? PLZ HELP ME !!!!!!

Unfortunately no. The link cable doesn't work for a GBC and GBA game and you can't use any of the Pokemon stadiums either to trade Pokemon between those two games. Sorry, I know it sucks.

No you can't there was a programing difference or something between the games from what I can tell.
