I simply need to ask a simple question besides of all my questions in here and it is:
How can I get the National Pokedex as I got all 200 Pokemon and what to do after this??? I tried to talk to professor Birch and he doesn't say something useful and I went to the game director in Lilycove City and he just gave me a Certificate which is not even found in my bag so please I need your help for what to do next and on how to get the National Pokedex?????????

You need to trade Pokemon to different games so you can get over 200 pokemon.

There are 202 Pokemon in the game which you have to get. But how did you get Jirachi?!
