Date of Question: Aug 30 2009 | Question ID: 145693 I want to evolve my Seadra into Kingdra but I don't know how I just tried to make it the happiest Pokemon in my team but it didn't work and I tried to evolve it by letting it gain exp but it didn't work and it doesn't evolve using Water Stone and I even gave it Poke Blocks and it doesn't even evolve so what do I do as this is the only Pokemon I want to complete my Pokedex with 200 Pokemons so please tell me how to evolve my Seadra!!!!???????

Simply have your Seadra hold the Dragon Scale item.
Trade the Seadra.
It'll evolve into Kingdra.

Like DK said give seadra a dragon scale and trade to a friend or a second gameboy and trade it back
