Need Big Help this Time!!

Here I have some questions and please I need a good answer for them so here I go:

1:Iam now trying to catch Latias so if I used a Max Repel will the Max Repel repel Latias too??

2:I have a Ruby version besides my sapphire one but there is one problem in my ruby one and it is that the days aren't passing like my sapphire one but the clock is working normally so what should I do to fix this problem?????

3:Can I get both Lileep and Anorith in one game and if we can how??? I tried going to the Fossil Maniac for it but he won't give me one so what should I do if we can get both in the game???

4:Is there another way to evolve Skitty to Delcatty other than using a Moon Stone??

A) Since Latias isn't a normal Pokemon, no it won't be repelled. Remember, repels repel weak pokemon. So in theory, it shouldn't affect anything. But also remember it moves around, so you can't immediately say it was repelled.

B) Days pass like real days, right? I haven't heard of this problem, unless you've been moving your clock around and tweeking the time on the DS itself.

C) Trading is the way to go. I'm not completely sure, but from what I've heard, Lileep/Anorith are exclusives, like Ominyte and Kabuto from Yellow version. Once you pick, you're stuck. Next time, save before you pick ;)

D) Moon stone only. Did you run out of moon stones? Maybe somebody on our forums can trade you a Pokemon while holding a moon stone.

1) Even if the Max Repel were to repel it, just use a Pokemon under level 40 and it will appear.

3) You can only get 1 stone per game. Revive both and trade one of 'em over.
