You can only get the Eon Ticket through an e-Reader device. Then transfer it into your game through Mystery Gift, and you get the Eon Ticket. Oh, and you don't need the Eon Ticket to get to the Battle Tower. Hope this helps you out.

Or you could defeat the elite four and the champion the after defeating steven will then take you to the back room and do something after you will begin where you started at the very beginnig of the game, walk downstairs and your dad will come upto you give you the ticket for the battle tower doing it this way really builds your Pokemon up cause the battle tower fights are, trust me.
