To catch Staryu in Lilycove use super rod. For Skitty look near Fallabarber town or in Verdanturf's cave. Look on the TV and it might say there was a mass outbreak of Skitty. If you caught Surskit you should know how to do this.

For Golbat to evolve you should train with it a lot,it evolves with friendship and can evolve at any level it wants to. My friend's Golbat evolved at level 93.137 is Igglybuff and you must catch a male and female Jigglypuff[138] and breed them.

Jigglypuff can be caught at route 115 surf on route 115 and you will see an opening bewtween some rocks if you surf ahead of the old lady running you will land on grass and there will be a maze of trees. Just go ahead of all of the trees and there will be a patch of grass search for a long time and you will find Jigglypuff.

139 is Wigglytuff-catch a Jigglypuff and use moonstone on it and it will evolve into Jigglypuff.151 is Chimecho and can be found on the on the highest patch of grass on Mount Pyre.180 is Corsola and can be traded for Bellosem with this girl. If you don't wanna trade,you can use a super rod in Pacifidlogtown to find Corsola[the trader can be found there to. You catch Pikachu on the first patch of grass you see when you enter the Safari zone. Oh and for the notice you have for actionreplay, you just must trade back and forth bewtween two gamepaks.

That's how I got Feebas,Jirachi,and Deoxys in my Pokedex. You shouldn't only go to codejunkies ya know. It mostly gives the PC codes. It doesn't give the old Pokemon codes. Most of the Pokemon I told you where to get take a very long time to encounter.
