How do you let those rockets go to space because I play now for over two months and there are only three launches and a friend of mine has even beat the leaque 30 times had only 23 lauches?

A rocket launches every week and restarts when you restart your game. And if you're looking to get to the moon, you can't, so don't worry about it.

otherwise I would have many more rockets!!
I think you have to walk. I walked a LOT when I train my Pokemon. I have 69 or somthing rockets launched.
