FIVE GOD DRAGON is wrong about the nosepass thing, I know because I've got all 200 pokemon and I just need to hatch my jirachi and deoxys, anyway, you don't need to go up the mud slope like FIVE GOD DRAGON said you just need to continue along the cave untill you find the place with the smashable rocks and start smashin'!!!!!!
You will probably meet guedudes most of the time but eventually you'll find nosepass.
