Is it possible to get a RegiQuaza in Sapphire? If so, how? I can put any one of the Regis in the Day Care with Rayquaza and get the same response from the old man. They prefer to play with other pokemon.

No, it's not possible in this game , whoever told you that may have been either : 1: lying 2: used a gs or ar device. Hope this helps you out.
RegiQuaza is note a real Pokemon So henceforth bo you can't get it.
Sorry but things like this is a load of crap. There is no such thing as a regiquaza or jiroxy or anything else like it. A Pokemon fusion or breeding a combination cannot be done. If it cannot be done with a normal Pokemon than what makes you think it can be done with a legendary?
This isnt my answer to your question, but I want to comment about what darkblaze84 + digireaper said. There really is a Pokemon called regiquaza. It's like a fourth regi, but stronger. I think it's steel type. And there as a Pokemon called jiroxy (i don't think it's spelled that way). It's got three eyes, one on it's stomach, and it grants wishes.
This is meaddng to my comment. I was talkig about reigigas. I don't know f you guys were talkin about that pokemon
I must agree with grumble6. Regigigas is only found on diamond end pearl. As for this "jiroxy" it's called jirachi. The wishmaker. Hope I helped.
Well you can get RegiQuaza.Just capture rayquaza and name it Regiquaza
