Action Replay

Hey everyone. Is it possible to use an Action replay on my DS with the Pokemon Sapphire cartridge inserted? If not how do you use it because I notice there are Action Replay options on this game. Please help Smile-|<

You have to get the action replay the one that is compatible for the gameboy
