3pokemons i can't find

Hii all,i can't find Pokemon 137 till 139 on my saphire pokedex =( does somebody know wich pokemons they are? And where can I find them?

#137-Igglybuff must be bred from jigglypuff.
#138-Jigglypuff is found on route 115 but you must surf to the north to find it.
#139-Wigglytuff must be evolved from jigglypuff via moon stone.

137 - porygon (can b obtained through buying porygon at the game corner in firered/leafgreen and then trading with you're sapphire version)

138 - omanyte - pretty sure that in firered/leafgreen it is a choice to take the dome fossil or helix fossil at mount moon (take the dome fossil cause that is the right one for omanyte, the helix fossil is for kabuto) and then trade w/ you're game after reviving it on cinnibar island in fire red/leafgreen. Not positive it is called cinnibar but I know it is where the fire gym leader is(the 7th leader)

139 - omastar and you guessed it, the evolution of #138. Can be obtained buy training # 138 up to level 40 (i think) and then allowing it to evolve...

137- Igglybuff. Breed two Jigglypuffs or Wigglytuff. Or a Jigglypuff and a ditto.

138- Jigglypuff. Route 115. But you will have to surf up.

139- Wigglytuff. Use a moon stone on Jigglypuff.
