Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I've finally got a Feebas!! only one problem though I haven't got any berries left to make pokeblocks with.

Does anyone know where to get more berries other than pick them, Kiri in Sootopolis or the berry master or his wife?

Please help me Milotic is the last pokemon I need to catch (not including Deoxys or Zirachi (spelling)).

I would really appriciate if someone would help me.

There are alot of people around the whole game that will just give you berries for free.

Here are some...

Kiri in Sootopolis City
The Berry Master, tho get to him go to Mauville City and go right(past the bike shop), swim on the little lake thing and then keep walking right and there he is. If you have never been there before, then there are many trees in his garden, but after you pick all of them , they so not regrow back, you have to plant them back.

Even thought it takes one berry to plant the tree that grows gives you 3 or 4 berries.
