I asked each and every person on the 1st and 2nd floor to know the rocket launch number but nobody says
Please help

Well, the rocket launch number is only how many hours you have played. It should be on the second floor with the person in the middle looking out the window. I'm pretty sure he is the one that says this, if not, try the person to the far left. I do know one of them says the number. I know for a fact that this number only means how many hours you have played your Pok�mon Ruby or Sapphire, and nothing else. So really it's a waste of time thinking something cool is going to happen. I've heard the rumors about Deoxy's, and I have him. The only way to get him is cheating. Use a Game Shark or Action Replay to do this.
