In the space station whom to ask to know the rocket launch number one of the people in it says rocket's launch is imment! Please help

There is a guy that tells you the number of succecfull launches if that is what you're asking and he his on either the first or second floor looking out the window toward the rocket
Well, the number only stands for how many game hours you have played Pok�mon Ruby or Sapphire. This isn't a number to set then have the ability to verse Deoxy or anything in that matter. Many rumors said it was able to unlock Deoxy. I'm sorry but it doesn't, this is a number that shows you how many hours you have played your game, it means nothing else besides that.
You need to have either AR or Gameshark in order to go to the moon.
