Pokemon Sapphire Questions

Does anybody know where sky tower is because I have been looking all over and I can't find it. If anybody knows please post it here.

It's Sky Pillar, and it appears on the north side of Route 131 after you defeat the Pokémon League.

Go on a route to the right of Pacifilog town. You can only access the tower after you defeat Steven in the Elite 4.

Sky Pillar only appears after you have defeated the Elite four, and it's on Route 130. That seems to be the place for everything, Sky Pillar, Mirage Island, Southern Island... Ayway, you're probably wondering how you missed Shy Pillar all the other times you went past it, becuase it's hard to miss, and this is because when you beat the Elite Four, a rock that was was sitting in the sea, blocking your path to Sky Pillar, mysteriously dissolves.

If you're going there, make sure you bring a Mach Bike, and strong Pokemon. This is because Sky Pillar is a giant maze, with lots of parts you can only get to by weaving your way with a Mach Bike, and there are strong Pokemon there, the strongest being Altarias on the top levels at level 60. At the very top, you will find a room where no Pokemon appear. There will also be a greta sleeping dragon-like figure. This is the legendary Pokemon, Rayquaza, who is on Levl 70.

To wake it, press A in front of it (a dangerous move, unless you've got a Master Ball to get it, or something like that). Once you've defeated it or captured it, go down the easy way: fall through the special Mach-Bike only parts of the floors without using a Mach Bike. Eventually, you'll get to the bottom.

You need to first beat the elite four and then go to the right of Pacifidlog town and go up and you'll find it.
