Were to Find Latios

Ok I skipped through the tv after I beat the Eliet 4 and I think it was talking about him and I don't no were to find him and is there any way to get Mew or mew2

You can find latios just anywere if your in ruby.
You can only find latios on the southern island if your playing saphire.
There's no way you can find Mew or mew2 in saphire/ruby except through trade or a cheat code...

I have Sapphire and Latias randomly appears in the wild. He usually is around Mauville City,Slateport (surf east), from Pacifidlog to lillycove, and around Fortree city. And he always moves to another area once the route changes ( like going from Mauville to Route 117). But if you bump into him and don't catch him, you can use the pokedex to hunt him down wherever it moves. As for Mew, you have to trade him from another Pokemon game like from F.R or L.G

Mew and Mewtwo have to be traded from LG or FR. And Latios is only available in ruby. Latias will be spotted in random places.
