Hey, does anybody know how to evolve a seadra? It's level 83 and it still hasn't...

Trade your Seadra while holding a Dragon Scale to evolve

Yes you have two ttrade it to a diffrent game while holding an item ( sorry I can't remamber)

Just make it level up to a high level if it didn't evolve trade it with others and if it didn't evolve give it an item and trade it if it didn't make it like you more by giving it pokeblocks or letting it hold the sothe bell or anything I'm not sure if it's a sothe bell coz I forgot what was it.It is an item that makes Pokemon more friendly then make it level up some more if it didn't evolve just try to use a gameshark code.(just try anything, don't abuse using any cheats)

it wont evolve without trading it while holding a dragon scale. its like kadabra, haunter and machoke. they wont evolve without trading them. but in seadras case. it needs to hold the dragon scale. if u need 1 get them at:

FR/LF : a horsea holds 1 or go south of six island and surf until you find a small landscape with 1 item on it.

R/S/E : horsea/bagon is holding one.
