The only way to get the other tickets is to go to an evnt or action reply or gameshark.the legend "dogs"are availible in fire red and leaf green by obtaining the national pokedex and ull find them randomly in the wild.i don't know if this is japanese version only.shiny Pokemon are found randomly and latios and latias...(ive got them before but I don't feel like typing another paragraph)so just google it you can find the answer on google.hope I helped:]
