I think I accedently traded one of my Pokemon that knew dig is there I another way I can get another dig!!!! Cause if I can't then I can't get to the last gym!!!!

I don't think you can get another TM28 (Dig) in the game. But you could level up a Trapinch to lvl 41 or a Nincada up to lvl 45. They both learn it by leveling up.

Yes nincada and trapinch lean it somewere near level 45 and you don't need dig for the last gym

Ninacada can learn it a Lvl. 45, and Trapinch at Lvl. 41.
