I can't find feebas I checked all the water tiles and I can't find him I checked all of route 119 could somebody tell me his exact location,please I need help!

The tendy phase chaged in deford city so cheak all of them again

Go to dewford town and the little kid will ask you wats hip and happening say no and he wwill ask you what is and type in Get Feebas and then go to route 119 and look close near the rocks yes they are rare.
