How do you get into the 3 caves where Regice, Registeel, and Reg

There are 3 small cave things in the game Pokemon sapphire with six rocks around each of them. I was told that 1 of the Regi Pokemon were in each or something like that. Please tell me the requirements to get in there and get the pokemon.

ANSWERS

To open the 3 caves, go to Pacifidlog Town. Before anything, you'll need Relicanth on the first spot in the party and a Wailord last in the party. Surf west and stay on the down side. You'll find a small dark space on the water while you're cruising the ocean. Dive, then go to the stone with some writings on it; it says "Go up here". So use dive again to resurface. Once on firm ground, walk to the wall north and use Dig. In the next room, I think you need to read the inscriptions on the big wall. The earth should shake after that. Now the 3 doors are open. for Regirock, on Desert Ruins (Route 111), from the top wall, move twice right, twice down. The door opens, enter and fight Regirock
For Regice, on Island Cave (Route 105), read the braille and don't touch anything. Wait for the door to open.
For Registeel, on Ancient Tomb (Route 120), use fly on the middle of the room.

Just in case: Relicanth is found underwater only and for Regice, read the braille and let the message on the screen. Don't read it and press A to hide it or the door won't open.
