Where is magnemite without gameshark or action replays?

I really need to know how to get a magnemite, also, I have had 0 luck at finding nosepass. Will someone help eith either of them please?

Magnemite is found only on New Mauville. From Mauville City, go to the entrance of Cycling Road and surf east. Go inside and find Magnemites, Voltorbs and their respective evolutions, all at around lvl 25 - 30. BTW, to enter New Mauville I think you need to beat the Gym on Mauville and get the key from an old guy standing near the Pokemon Center.
Nosepass can be found in Granite Cave. Use rock smash on the rocks you'll find there. He shouldn't be that difficult to find.
