Sorry I don't have the answer to your first answer but I have proof that Jirachi is the white rock the girl calls a wishing rock and that you get into outer space and see Jirachi.

No but I know the complete Pokedex, one wich means you have every single Pokemon that was created.

I think maybe you can get to the moon and if you can you don't find Jirachi, you find Deoxys! (it looks so cool!)

I know people with Jirachi(cute!cute!cute!)!You need a bonus disk and/or people say on Ruby, in Petalburg or the one before it,you write Mystery event is exicting when the guy near the pc asks you a phrase then you could get Jirachi! (not the guy in Dewford!the one who asks for the hippness in other places!)
