I have a lvl 64 sandslash and I've been traing it and isnt supposed to learn dig at 40 and I've even went to the move tutor but it just wont learn dig somebody give me some info please I need it for the regis

I don't know about it learning dig because I have only got a lvl 21 sandshrew. I think you have to teach him it your self.
Sandslash will never learn Dig by simply leveling up. You have to give him the TM28.
