If you already fought kyogre and ran like me :( how or where do you get him to fight because I'm getting mad because I can'y find it c'mon help !!!

Wait just a moment, you ran away from Kyogre? Oh no, I am sorry to tell you this because you will not like it but unfortunately, you have just blown your only chance at getting the legendary Pokemon, Kyogre. If you are fighting Kyogre and you accidentally make him faint, turn it off and then back on if you saved the game right before you started fighting him. If you are fighting Kyogre and you accidentally run away, I suggest you turn the game off and then back on. If you do not catch Kyogre right then and there then you will not have another chance to catch him as he will have vanished into thin air. Unfortunately, there are two options available to you where you can get a Kyogre. Option A, make a new save file, erase the one you are on now. Option B, trade with someone who has this game, or a Kyogre. Hope this helps.

If you fought legendary battles and ran away, you could not fight again with that same pokemon...

If you ran away then I suggest you do some cheating work otherwise you cannot get a kyogre well I also did the same thing as you did if you want it then check the gameshark codes for sapphire version!! I have used them a lot !!
