Where is waterfall hidden machine located?

I am a beginner on this game, still I am searching for this hidden machine and I have a difficulty in looking for waterfall. I need some advise on this setting. Please help!

Alright, I will help you out with your problem. I am always to happy to help out any new Pokemon players. In order to find the last HM(Hidden Machine) which is Waterfall, you need to be in Sootopolis City. At the most, you need to have access to Sootopolis City, as it is important. Surf into the town, and complete all of the storyline events that you need to until you are able to go inside the Cave of Origin. When you go in there, wait till you are on the third floor. Once you are on the third floor, look around for a Pokeball that will contain the HM for waterfall. If it is not on the Third floor, then it will be on the Fourth floor somewhere.

Go to Sootopolis City and enter the Cave of Origin. You'll need the 5th gym badge to use Surf and the 7th gym badge to use Dive to gain access to Sootopolis City.

When you reach the Cave of Origin, walk through the dark path (you'll need Flash) and you'll see a pokeball. It contains the HM Waterfall. If you continue walking, you'll see Hoenn's most powerful water type pokemon- Kyogre!
