Where do you put the blue orb to awake kyogyor or how ever you spell it

You do not have to put the Blue Orb anywhere in order to wake up Kyogre. If you want to wake him up then you just need the find out where he is, and then get all your supplies that you will need to fight him. Go into the cave where he is, and then stand in front of him. Once you are standing in front of him then the Blue Orb will react to Kyogre's presence and cause him to awaken from his slumber. Kyogre will be on level Seventy because he is a legendary Pokemon so you better be prepared for a good fight. Hope this helps.
