Put a Relicanth first in your party and Wailord in the last position. There should be like an earthquake and the doors to the regis will open. Search the regis FAQ for more details.

This is klp200 speaking I think I know what your talking about give me more details be specfic if you do that you will have an answer post the exact steps of route 134 and how got there did you have to use surf something like that I will get back to you Moonez-2k8 remeber don't listen to any booby klp200 knows

OK after you go into the underwater cave you go to the back where it has writing. On the wall it says to use TM DIG. You can get it at the fossil maniacs house located left of fallarbor town. After you use dig walk forward and you should hear three doors open and now you can get the regis.
