Well, do you have the other Seven Gym badges? Because if you do not have them, then I think that you should focus on getting them as that could complicate things. You also need to make sure that you have defeated the Team Aqua/Magma members that stole Doc's Submarine. They are located in an underwater cave not far from Sootopolis City if I remember correctly. Quite possibly, the cave could be on, or near route 128, so check around there. If you have completed all that, then I am not sure what to tell you, just talk to people to learn what you need to do. Don't listen to noboby klp200 knows you have to beat team aQua / magma ,after you beat team aqua kolgore is going to be in sootplas so is grodon then there going to be a storm every where you go it's going raining like crazy team magma leader is going to aplize because groudon and kolgre are going to have a fight
but in my saffire I went to lily cove to buy some stuff for my serct base becaue the same thing happened in emerald andi knew how to beat it. So just beat team aqua leader go to sootoplas the cave will be open if you wanted to catch kolyre cause you have to fight him beat him he never shows, get master ball catch him if you want to, after come out of cave fighting time heat vs water rare vs rare they going at it so get repels lile 5 find a tower that ragza is in you don.t need mach bike it's really easy to find ragza so after that he is going to stop fight any more Qs!!!!!!!!!!1
