Low level pokemon

I have lvl 12-13 Pokemon and beat the first gym. I need lvl 20 Pokemon for the second gym or I can't win as easily. Can someone tell me where I can find a good training spot between Littleroot and Rustboro?

Errm if you speak to a fisher, on the island where you have the gym that requires flash, he gives you an old rod, you can fish level 5 magikarps that don't fight back and kill them. Or you can go into the cave and fight the rock types which are a bit higher, but do fight back.

The leader of the second gym uses Fighting-type Pokemon. You could actually win with a lvl 15 or 16 Taillow. If you want to train it, fight Makuhitas in Granite Cave.

Go fight the trainers near the cave where you save peeko(the noob wingull XD)fight everyone out side and in the cave and ya will 500exp+ (so damn easy T________________________________________________T)

Hello,
I would suggest going to the cave in Rustbro to fight the level 10s, thats what I did and I improved alot
