how o catch a relicanth

I have been loooking for this Pokemon for a very long time an I can't find it plz can anybody help me catc this Pokemon so can catch the regi pokemon........

You can catch a relicanth in the grass anywhere underwater, but it is rare.

You can catch him underwayer anywhere between Lilycove City, Mossdeep City and Sootopolis City. The routes are route 124 and 126. He is hard to find because he is a rare Pokemon and you only have about 5% chances of getting him anytime you find a Pokemon so good luck.

I don't think you will get the regis if you have him or not but you dive under lilycove I think is best.He is very rare though.
