Well I really can't see what you mean by Pokemon channel. If you are talking about something in Pokemon Sapphire you have to explain more so I can help you. If you mean the game, Pokemon Channel, it was a game for game cube so it is not in any normal store. I advice you to check some websites like e-bay.com.
Anyway, if this was not what you meant, just answer here, I will be waiting.
