Codes? how?

Im not good at write in english, since I'm from norwegian but I vil try..
How can we use the codes inn sapphire?? Is there a wey we can write them in, and then something vil happen? Is there some codes to get Rayqaza ore all the legendary pokemons in sapphire? I realy wod like to know^^!

To Use codes in Pokemon Sapphire you need a gameshark or action replay I don't know how to use one though. And you can get some legendary Pokemon with codes such as deoxys Mew and latios (if you have sapphire which you do) oh and Jirachi
