Do not worry because sooner or later you will find Latias. I know that it is a matter of luck but if you don't give up you will find her. I advice to go to Mauville City and keep entering rout 117 (the one with the Day Care). Doing this it only took me 2 hours to catch her. Now good luck to you.

Jus keep tryin because sooner or later it will get to the point where you have to run into her I jus went into the desert in route 117 and walked all around so even if it takes a day don't give up pleez

First off, you are very welcome. I suppose that I should thank you for asking a question, and letting us test our knowledge to see if we can help you :)

Secondly, there is no 'not running into Latias' lol. Whether you follow our advice or not, you are bound to run into Latias sometime. It may not be today, it might not even be tomorrow, but you will run into Latias. In a way, you can that you HAVE to run into Latias sometime because the game will make you. So do not worry about not running into Latias ever again, because you will.
