In The Cave Of The Reggis!
I have unlocked all the doors to the reggis and there are no Pokemon what else do I need to do?

Search in the walkthrough section for the regis guide. It tells you everything you need to do and to have to get them.

Well I had to have a wailord and a relicanth, I'm pretty sure you should check the regis guide but if you need to know one cave is all the way at the bottom of the sand storm place, one is near the cave at dewford and the other is near lilycove just keep going left and climb all those stairs. Hope it helps

To get Regirock go into his cave and talk to the wall with darts. Then walk 2 steps right, 2 steps down an use strength. To get Registeel talk to the wall with the darts, go to the middle of the cave and use fly. To get Regice talk to the wall with the darts and wait there for about 10 minutes.
