What pokemon knows secret power?

I've heard you can have a secret base when you have a Pokemon use secret power.Is it true??If so which Pokemon knows it??PLZ help!

Lemme hear a whoop, whoop because this is the truth. You can make a secret base, or a small house in any big tree, or mountain with cracks in it. Wherever there is one of these things, you can have a secret base, but only one base. The Pokemon do not learn secret power, it is a move taught to one of them using a TM. You can find a man in a red jacket north of Maulville City, he is the one who will give the TM to you. Hope this helps.

Yes you can have a secret base. The move Secret Power is a TM so teach it to a Pokemon that can learn it. Bases can be created in small holes on mountain walls or in trees. If you don't like (maybe too small or something), you can change it. Find a new base use secret power and voilà.

Yea you can make a secret base in like stretched out trees ot thise indents in the wall go to route 111 ther shood b som1 standin in front of a tree he will give it 2 u!!

There are alot of sercet bases in saffhire trust me I've beat the game a pokmon doesn't learn it you have to teach it this boy gives it to you above the sand derst

There are tons of seceret bases in sapphire, and some of the Pokemon that can learn secret power are:
*plusel
*minun
*unknown
*togepi or cleffa (i forget)
These Pokemon should be able to learn secret power anyways have fun ^.^

Just remember you have to teach the Pokemon how to use secret power they don't learn it on their own. You need the TM.
