ANSWERS

OK, the Sky Pillar only appears once you have beaten the Elite 4 (And Champion). Then, go towards Pacificlog Town from Ever Grande City, and keep to the north of that westernly route. You should see a break in the rocks where there used to be nothing. Go through there, and make sure you have the Mach Bike. Then ride through the tower, over crumbling floors. Oh, and, when you reach a floor with three doors, one of which being blocked by rocks, go up to the next floor, bike across the crumbling floor, and stop at the very middle of the top. You'll fall through, and climb up through that stairwell to Rayquaza.

Latias is found at random. Once you see it (of course after the E4), it's data will register so you can track it. Use a Pokemon with Mean Look or a Wobbuffet.

The main Pokemon of the game is latias or kyogre, raquza is not the main rare Pokemon of the game but he still rare!

Oh and also when you fight raquza when he flys use a poke ball (normal one) and it works like a master ball, use a master ball on latias I'm a bird trainer in this game and my latias, latios I got both with a master ball they are strong, raquza he is not a big need I think he is only good in the elite four.... Because of his level (70) hope I helped

For the sky pillar you hav to beat the game then go to paciflog town and surf by those rocks at the top and soon you will find the sky pillar for latias she always runs away but if you battle wit her she will b on you're pokedex but if you wanna get 2 her I wood suggest walkin and not usin you're bike!!!! Hope I help!
