where is sky pillar

Where in the world is sky pillar because I just beat the elite four are there any other requirements?

The sky pillar is on route 130-131 all the way up by the 2 people who are looking at the oppusite sides so just go up you need the match bike

To find Rayquaza and sky piller

To find Rayquaza you must first beat the Elite four and have the Mach bike. Now fly to Pacifilog town and swim northeast.( Thats ^>) Go through this path of rocks above you.(It is kind of hard to find). Go through tiis path of cracks and fight Pokemon like Dusclops and Golbat And Claydol from level 48 to 56.When you are at the top save your game immediatly beacause you could make it faint or you could black out .So if you save you have a second, third, or fourth chance.You don't need 100 ultra balls. Use 20 ultra balls.Oh, and put it to sleep. IT WILL HELP IN CATCHING IT!Happy hunting

Before anything, make sure you head to "RYDEL'S CYCLES " (The building east of the POKEMON CENTER in MAUVILLE CITY) to get a MACH BIKE. After, I recommend to stock up on MAX REPELS and ULTRA BALLS for the trip.
In the depths of SKY PILLAR lays a level 70 RAYQUAZA, (DRAGON TYPE) so for the battle, I'd recommend you to bring other DRAGON or ICE TYPE POKEMON, around level 60 or so, to ensure that you don't KO RAYQUAZA in one horrific blow, since DRAGON and ICE TYPES are RAYQUAZAS WEAKNESSES.
Fly to PACIFIDLOG TOWN and SURF east, toward ROUTE 131. Somewhere along the north, there should be an entrance in between two of the stones that would've never been there before one defeats the POKEMON LEAGUE.
Follow the current, and you are sure to find the SKY PILLAR.
