HM waterfall, and the 3 regis.

HM waterfall, and the 3 regis.

I need some help in finding waterfall I've done it before but I've completely forgot where to get it.

<BR>Also I know where you catch the 3 regis but I don't know how to get into the ruins that they are in.. I've forgot that aswell. Do I need to beat the elite 4 first or is there a way I can get in there?

1. In the cave of origin make sure to get the item by a turn. That contains waterfall.
2.this is posted somwhere on these questionsand someone called mitsu will help you a lot.

HM03 is in cave of origin.
Just in case you forgot here's what you need:
Relicanth, Wailord, Surf, Dive, Dig, Strength, Fly

Go to the sealed cavern; use dig in the middle of the room, go through the door, read the braille and the doors to the regis will open. Now to battle the regis.

Regirock (Desert) > Read the braille, then 2 steps right, 2 steps down and use Strength.

Regice (Route 105) > Read the braille and wait. Eventually, the door opens.

Registeel (Route 120) > Read the braille, go the center of the room and use Fly.

HM03 (waterfall) is in the cave of origin.

Waterfall is in the cave of origan in the last teleporting latter place towards the boss

Registeel-go 2 right and 2 north then use strength on the ruins by the tre fort.

Regice-just wait by the door and do not move until it opens in the ruin on route 105

Regirock-the dessert ruins go into the center and use fly

How to catch the Regis
Make sure to have a Pokemon with Dive, a Pokemon with Dig, and a Pokemon with Surf with you. Put a Relicanth in the first place in your lineup and a Wailord in your last place. Now, Fly to Pacifidlog Town, and go west. Be careful, there are strong currents. Keep going southwest, until you reach an island. Keep going as southwest as you can still, until you get to another island. Now try to Surf in the middle of the edge you get off at. Do that for yet another island you land on. Now go a little above the middle, and you should land in a little bit of water that does not have currents. Dive right in the middle of it, and keep following the path until you get to a sign with Braille. When you face that sign, use Dive, and you will discover a secret cave. Keep going up until you get to a Braille sign with a lot of Braille writing there. Use Dig there, and you progress to another room. Now when it says yet a lot more Braille on it, then it automatically open because you have a Relicanth in your first place and a Wailord in your last place. Go into that door, and now you activated the 3 Regi's.

WARNING: The following 3 Pokemon will take about 30 Ultraballs to catch and will be almost as hard to catch as Rayquaza.

Registeel:

To get to Registeel, first Fly to Lilycove City. Go as far west as possible (facing out of the city), and follow the path while going west. Now go as far North and West as possible, until you get to some stairs. Go up the stairs, and into that cave with an opening and an archaeologist that you might battle. Go into the cave, and go right in the middle of the place you just entered. Stay right in the middle. Now use Fly. You will open the cave entrance. Go through the door, and prepare to fight Registeel. Make sure to save it first.

Regice:

Fly to Dewford Town, and go all the way North up on land. Surf up and keep going Northwest until you get to an Island. From there, keep going North, and you will discover another cave. Go in the cave, and read the Braille on the tablet. After you read the tablet, wait for about 30 seconds to a minute. The door will open. Go through the door, Save it, and go on and fight Regice.

Regirock:

Fly to Fallabor Town. Now keep going east unil you can't go east anymore. Now head south until you see the desert. Enter the desert, and keep going south of there until you see another cave. Go in the cave, and read the Braille. Now press this button combination. Right, Right, Down, Down. Now don't move anymore and use Strength. The door will open. Go through the door, Save, and fight Regirock. good luck, I hope this helps!!!

HM Waterfall is in the Cave of Origin on the way to catching Kyoge or Groundon.
And also I'm trying to catch the Regis now and I've completely forgotten as well!! I've done it before but only like twice ages ago so all this info has been helpful for me too!
