On my Sapphire game my Pokemon have pkrs next to its status but on my Ruby game it doesn't why is that and what does pkrs mean?

Poke virus(pkrs) is a virus that your Pokemon catch off wild Pokemon! it makes your Pokemon a lot stronger while it last!
As for your Ruby version your Pokemon haven't caught it yet!
Pkrs means Pokerus, this virus can actually be good and bad. The good part is that it can help your Pokemon get stronger faster. The bad part is that it has a slight chance to erase your game so you better watch out! I hope the Pokerus doesn't erase your game.
