I'm at the elite four and I heard theres a specific level for blaziken there but I chose treeko do you know what level sceptile should be?

There's not really any particular level you should be, just make sure that you have other Pokemon leveled up besides your sceptile because there is an elite four master who uses ice attacks and it will probably knock out the sceptile with 1-2 hits due to grass's weakness to ice.

Blaziken is the most powerful of all in sydney you can use blaziken for skyuppercut ,icetype use skyuppercut and at steven use blaze kick,sceptile is second powerful it can finish all gyms.your sceptile should be lvl 60.
