Pleeze help me out I need to know how I'm suposed to get my fossils into Pokemon like in fire red

Bah, sorry, the answer I just gave you was for Diamond/Pearl... You actually need to go to the place in Rustboro City, the Devon Corporation (where you saved their goods, and met Mr. Stone and he got you to do some things)

On the second floor, there are scientists, and they tell you about some of their projects, most say that their project isn't going well, or isn't working, but one of them says that theyre working on a device to revive fossils... And it's working... Go to him, give him your fossil, and he says it will 'take some time'. I think, if you just leave rustboro and come straight back, it will be ready. Make sure you have an empty slot in your party to keep your new Pokemon, because he won't send it to your PC for you.

Get to the top of the mirage tower take wich ever fossil you want (note you can get the second fossilby beating the elite four and then going to the fossil maniacs house and going through the tunnel) then go to Rustboro city and go in the devon corporation and talk to a guy on the second floor he sais he can change fossils in to Pokemon but it mite take a while so walk out the door and go straight back in and talk to him again you will get either Lileep or Anorith depending on the fossil you took
