What do I do after I get to the caves of the regis???
When I got there, no ones home, just braile writing... I tried to fly but I can't use it, strength, no use, dig, I only found myself in the cave entrance

Read the braille (use the decoder that came with your game cart...)

It tells you exactly what you have to do.

It's been a while since I did this but one says something like:

Regirock (in the desert): read the braille. For Emerald: go two steps left, then two steps down and then use rock smash. For Ruby and Sapphire: Go two steps right, two steps down and then use Strength. Regice: (route 105, north of mauville on a sandbar) read the braille... For Emerald: do a clockwise lap around the room, following the walls. For Ruby and Sapphire: just wait. Don't move... Even if it takes a couple of minutes. Don't press anything. Then the door will open.

Registeel: (Route 120,west of Lilycove city) read the braille. For Emerald: head to the exact center of the room and use flash. For Ruby and Sapphire: head to the exact center of the room and use fly.

If these don't work, then you aren't doing them right.

Before you do anything that mitsu mentioned, you have to first OPEN the regi caves, which you have to do with a wailord and a relicanth in your party, and then go west of the sky pillar and west of that little town on water, and find the diving place between all the currents (keep south of the currents as you go), and dive down, go to the cave with all the braille and stuff, and press on the wall, or I think you might have to use strength or rock smash..i don't remember, and youll see a huge rumble and an earthquake will appear, and the caves will be open

If you have a guide, you can use it for the Braille.

when you get to the regis you have to walk up too the braille and read it if you have a book that tells you braille then use it if not go online and type how do you get to the regis in pokemon sapphire/ruby and make sure you have 99 ultra balls dont waste it on them better if you use it on latias/latios.
